Welcome to Kept, at https://shop.leegona.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by LEEGONA, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario, Canada, doing business as Kept ("we," "us," "our").

By visiting the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them along with our Privacy Policy, Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Store.

What we sell

We sell original-design apparel and accessories — t-shirts, hoodies, and similar apparel carrying original minimal typographic designs — through a print-on-demand (POD) model. We don't hold inventory. When you place an order, it's sent to our production partner, Printful, using its own facilities in Canada and the United States, which prints and ships your item directly to you. Because of this, some limitations described in our Refund & Returns Policy apply, especially around cancellations and size exchanges.

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order — generally, you must be the age of majority in your province, territory, or state, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Product prices shown on the Store include shipping. Applicable sales tax (GST/HST, or applicable U.S. state tax) is calculated and added at checkout, and shown before you confirm payment.
Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments or another Shopify-supported payment processor at the time you place your order. We don't store your card details ourselves.
We try to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing or listing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you before charging or shipping, and you can choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or if a product becomes unavailable — and will issue a full refund if we do.

Cancellations, refunds, and returns

Because items are made to order, cancellation and return options are more limited than for off-the-shelf retail — but you're still fully protected against defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items. Full details, including your cancellation window and your rights under Ontario consumer protection law, are in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, and text on the Store and on our products are original creations owned by LEEGONA / Kept, or used under license, unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our designs without our prior written permission. Purchasing a product gives you ownership of that physical item — it does not transfer any rights to the design itself.

Acceptable use

When using the Store, you agree not to:

Use it for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Store, its systems, or other users' accounts;
Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information (including at checkout); or
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Store without our permission.

Third-party services

The Store relies on third-party providers to operate, including Shopify (e-commerce platform and payment processing) and Printful (order fulfillment and shipping). Your use of the Store is also subject to those providers' own applicable terms where relevant to the services they provide. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused solely by these third-party services, though we will work with you to resolve any resulting order problems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LEEGONA and Kept are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or your purchase of products, except where such liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian or U.S. consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for defective products.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you're a consumer purchasing from another jurisdiction, mandatory consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction may also apply and are not overridden by this clause.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Store after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
